0106 (10) assistant staff is missing current blood borne pathogen training 0106 (11) assistant staff is missing current CPR/first aid training 0106 (12) assistant staff is missing current food handler training 0106 (8) assistant staff is missing current safe sleep training Plan of correction- Provider changed staff designation to household member (not currently living in the house). Staff is not allowed to work until all training and certification requirements are met.
